The Z-axis cut can be done in several types of materials, being also possible to change the cut peripheral speed as well as the descent speed.
It has double motorization to allow for a fast passage to the next set cut, from the height of blocks to quantities.
It is possible to choose the length of the tracks for the displacement, allowing to place several blocks to be cut through a programme that can add blocks without the need to stop the automatic cycle.
The wheels that make the cable spin are in aluminum, being possible to set its diameter, and the structure is made out of several welded elements, that have gone through an anti-corrosion treatment in order to be possible to work outside.
The tensioning of the diamond wire cable is made by a hydraulic system with pressure reading, for a quality cut. It is set to enter in rotation in order to attain an even grinding.
